• Reservations: A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the start of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations by Client:
  
  • More than 60 days before the tour: Full refund minus deposit.
  • 30-60 days before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before the tour: No refund.
• Cancellations by Us: We reserve the right to cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund.

Changes and Amendments

• Client-Initiated Changes: Requests to alter the itinerary must be made in writing. Additional costs incurred will be the client’s responsibility.
• Company-Initiated Changes: We strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, but reserves the right to make changes due to safety, weather, or logistical reasons.

Liability and Insurance

• Liability: Nolan Africa Safari is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour. We strongly advise clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
• Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for all clients to have travel insurance. Proof of insurance must be provided before the tour begins.

Health and Safety

• Medical Conditions: Clients must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they are fit to participate in the tour.
• Safety Standards: We follow strict safety protocols and employ experienced guides. However, clients participate at their own risk.
